With years of experience in HR, employee relations, and labor relations, I’ve seen how companies handle workplace challenges from the inside, and I use that knowledge to advocate for employees like you. I’ve been in your position, I know the system, and I’ve helped hundreds of people successfully navigate difficult workplace situations.

I’ve seen firsthand how lawyers and unions often approach workplace issues from a traditional Dutch company perspective, which doesn’t always align with the reality of working in a multinational or a company with a non-Dutch parent organization. The challenges in these environments are different, and the usual advice doesn’t always fit. 

I am not a lawyer, but I bridge the gap to help you prepare for legal consultations, break down complex recommendations from your lawyer, and ensure you fully understand your options before taking action.
